
From December through March 31, The Queen’s Inn welcomes business travellers and winter guests at a reduced seasonal rate. During this period, accommodations operate in a simplified format with self check-in, no breakfast service, and limited amenities, allowing us to offer comfortable lodging throughout the winter months. Reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. Please note that winter bookings are non-refundable within 72 hours of check-in. Boutique services, full amenities, and breakfast resume with our official reopening on May 15.

We offer a seamless and convenient self check-in process for winter guests. Please follow the steps below to access your room:
Arrival Time: You may check in any time after 3:00 PM.
Lockbox Access: A secure lockbox is located at the main entrance. You will receive your unique access code by email on the morning of your arrival.
Key Retrieval: Enter your code, open the lockbox. Once in, place that key back in the lockbox. Each room has it's own front door key.
Room Location: Your confirmation email will include your room number and floor location. Signage inside the inn will guide you to your suite.
Heating + Lights: Your room will be pre-heated and prepared for your arrival. Simply switch on any additional lighting to your preference.
Support During Your Stay: If you require assistance during your stay, please contact us by phone or email. Our on-call team is available to ensure you are comfortable.
Check-Out: 11:00 AM.

Thank you for understanding that our inn is unable to accommodate pets. Because our space is small and we aim to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests—including those with allergies—we are not able to accept animals. For the peace and enjoyment of everyone, our inn maintains a no-pets policy.
NO, our maximum stay is 4 nights as we are open from Wednesday-Sunday. Ask us about long term rentals through the winter season.

We love greeting our guests in person! If you’re planning to arrive later in the evening, don’t worry — we’ll send you simple self-check-in instructions so you can settle in at your own pace. We’re not able to accommodate early check-ins, as we need this time to properly clean and prepare rooms for arriving guests. Thank you for your understanding!
We are a small boutique Inn and we have a functioning commercial Kitchen for our breakfast service and restaurant only. There is a common fridge on both floors with a small freezer, and a microwave on the 3rd floor for the guests use.
Parking is available and located directly behind the Inn. We ask that you drop off all your luggage and then park your car in the parking area.
