Reservations

Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed, and the property may be reassigned. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be due at check-in.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in after: 3:00 PM. Please contact us in advance if you have any changes involving your arrival.

Check-out before: 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels more than 7 days in advance, a full refund will be given.

If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.

All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail, including the reservation number, to the following address: Queensinngorebay@gmail.com.

Taxes and Fees

All rates are subject to a standard 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax), which is not included in the room rates. The total amount including taxes will be detailed in your booking confirmation.

Allergy Liability

Guests with allergies should notify us in advance to discuss any special requirements. While we take reasonable measures to minimize allergens, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Guests assume full responsibility for managing their allergies during their stay.

Property Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. A security deposit may be required for group bookings, including those renting the entire inn. This deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property after check-out. Any damage exceeding the security deposit will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.

Event Hosting and Alcohol Policy

For events hosted at The Queen's Inn, including those involving alcohol, guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Serving alcohol to minors or over-serving is strictly prohibited.

Non-Smoking Policy

The Queen's Inn is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping, is not permitted indoors or on the premises. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if this policy is violated. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in observing these policies to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.

We respectfully acknowledge that The Queen's Inn is situated on the Traditional Territory of the First Peoples of the Three Fires Confederacy - the Odawa, the Potawatomi and the Ojibwe. We honour the relationships we have created with the Indigenous peoples of Mnidoo Mnising and are committed to continue growing these relations. We are also grateful for our connection and the continuous teachings we have received from the land and the waters. In honour of this relationship we will continue to advocate for the protection of the land and the waters for future generations.
